I assist others in making empowered and informed choices for their personal and professional lives. I am an Author, Poet, and Professional Coach.

I am passionate about whole-person wellness and offer transformative and exciting retreats and speaking engagements for young adults to business professionals in whole-person wellness and empowerment rituals.

I live in the West of Ireland with my beloved partner, two dogs and a cat, in the beautiful town of Westport, County Mayo. The area and town is voted the most beautiful place to live in Ireland.
